In a further update to the new wage reporting options, Social Security is now offering beneficiaries the chance to opt in for an automatic reminder to report their wages. It doesn’t matter which method anyone uses to report their wages, be it by mobile app, phone reporting, by accessing their myssa account, or even the old fashioned drop in to the local office, everyone can now sign up to receive either an email or a text message each month with a gentle reminder to get their latest earned income facts and figures to Social Security.
