This year’s National Hispanic Heritage Month has just begun and will run until October 15 as it has done for every year since 1988. This year’s theme is ‘Building Prosperous and Health Communities” and will be celebrated with a series of symposiums, webinars, and with some lighter fare in the form of concerts and festivals.
