The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) have been working on improvements to their website in the past year and have given it something of a new look.

Reportedly having listened to feedback from those that visit the site the updates are designed to better address the immediate needs of their customers and to make it easier to understand all the options available to them, with a new feature showing improved guidelines on pricing.

You can also sign up for updates and are encouraged to also create an account. A quick glance at the new website does appear to show a clean and simple layout which can easily be followed and which addresses the more common questions from the outset.

CMS are apparently not resting on their laurels and report that they are still looking for feedback, although the press release doesn’t indicate how they are receiving it, or the best way for customers to send them their recommendations.
